Our Story

Saltd Catering Co is a full-service and destination catering company with an eye toward distinctive dining experiences, sustainable practices, and local support.

Based in Salt Lake City, our catering services extend to all parts of Utah. We believe firmly that the value of a good meal can't be overstated, but it can be improved upon by serving it an unexpected, top-notch setting. Saltd is available for destination events--from canyon cookouts to upscale meals with mesa views--and should you require the art of finesse, we'll happily provide that too. From lighting and decor to music and floral arrangements, we'll create a backdrop that sets a tone as savory as the menu.

Commitment to community is an important aspect of our business: Chef Evan has partnered with other small business owners in non-profit efforts that have contributed to Planned Parenthood, the Utah Coalition Against Sexual Assault, and the National Parks Service of Utah, among others. We support local, small businesses and farms in the effort to source high quality produce and proteins, and we'll create a custom menu for each event crafted from seasonal, sustainable, and local ingredients wherever possible.

Utilizing cooking techniques from all over the world, Saltd infuses each menu with a modern day approach to crafting an unparalleled meal for your event.
